Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

O Children of Israel, remember My favor which I have bestowed upon you and fulfill My covenant [upon you] that I will fulfill your covenant [from Me], and be afraid of [only] Me. 40 And believe in what I reveal, confirming the revelation which is with you, and be not the first to reject Faith therein, nor sell My Signs for a small price; and fear Me, and Me alone. 41 And confound not the truth with falsehood, nor hide the truth while ye know. 42 And be steadfast in prayer; practise regular charity; and bow down your heads with those who bow down (in worship). 43 ۞ Do you bid other people to be pious, the while you forget your own selves - and yet you recite the divine writ? Will you not, then, use your reason?! 44 And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah] 45 Who know that they shall meet their Lord and that they shall return to Him. 46
