And they ask thee regarding the mountains; so say thou: my Lord will scatter them with a total scattering. 105 and leave the earth a levelled plain 106 with neither hollows nor upthrust mounds to be seen. 107 On that Day, they will follow the Summoner, who is not crooked, their voices hushed before the Merciful, and you shall hear nothing except a murmuring. 108 On that day no one’s intercession shall benefit except his to whom the Most Gracious has given permission and whose word He has liked. (The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 109 He knows what is before them and what is behind them, while they do not comprehend it in knowledge. 110 ۞ All faces shall be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting Lord, and he who bears the burden of iniquity will have failed; 111 And he who hath done some good works, being a believer, he feareth not injustice nor begrudging (of his wage). 112 We have thus sent down the Quran in Arabic and given all kinds of warnings in it, so that they may fear God, or may take heed -- 113 Supremely exalted is therefore Allah, the King, the Truth, and do not make haste with the Quran before its revelation is made complete to you and say: O my Lord! increase me in knowledge. 114 We made a covenant with Adam, but he forgot and We found in him no constancy. 115
