Surely the fruit of the Zaqqum tree 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 'Seize him and drag him into the center of Hell. 47 Then pour boiling water over his head as punishment. 48 Taste it - thou who [on earth] hast considered thyself so mighty, so noble! 49 Lo! this is that whereof ye used to doubt. 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, and they will face each other: 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 an act of thy Sustainer's favour: and that, that will be the triumph supreme! 57 So have We made it easy in your tongue that they may be mindful. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59
