Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 It is he who pusheth away the orphan, 2 And does not urge to feed the needy. 3 Woe to those who pray 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
