Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 (It is ordained that) no village We have destroyed shall return 95 till, when Gog and Magog are unloosed, and they slide down out of every slope, 96 And the certain promise (of Doom) comes near. Then the eyes of unbelievers will be fixed in horror, (and they will cry:) "Ah, woe betide, we were indeed heedless of this, and were oppressors and unjust." 97 [Then they will be told:] "Verily, you and all that you [were wont to] worship instead of God are but the fuel of hell: that is what you are destined for. 98 Had the idols been true lords, they would not have gone to hell. "All of you will live therein forever". 99 Moaning will be their lot therein, and nothing [else] will they hear therein. 100 [But,] behold, as for those for whom [the decree of] ultimate good has already gone forth from Us these will be kept far away from that [hell]: 101 They will not hear the slightest sound thereof, while they abide in that which their souls desire. 102 The greatest terror (on the Day of Resurrection) will not grieve them, and the angels will meet them, (with the greeting): "This is your Day which you were promised." 103 And (remember) the Day when We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books, as We began the first creation, We shall repeat it, (it is) a promise binding upon Us. Truly, We shall do it. 104 And certainly We wrote in the Book after the reminder that (as for) the land, My righteous servants shall inherit it. 105 Indeed, in this [Qur'an] is notification for a worshipping people. 106 We have sent you forth as a mercy to all mankind. 107 Say thou: this only hath been revealed unto me, that your god is only One God. submit ye then?! 108 If they turn away, say, "I have warned you all alike, though I do not know whether [the scourge] which you are promised is near at hand or far off. 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 Nor do I know whether it may mean a trial for you and a short reprieve." 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge Thou with truth! And our Lord is the All-merciful; His succour is ever to be sought against that you describe.' 112
