Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Have you received the news of the Enveloper? 1 On that day the faces of some people will be humbly cast down, 2 Travailing, worn. 3 Scorched by burning fire, 4 The while they are given, to drink, of a boiling hot spring, 5 They will have no food except bitter thorn, 6 Which will neither nourish nor avail against hunger. 7 In that day other faces will be calm, 8 Rejoicing over their efforts. 9 In a high Garden 10 In which they will not hear any lewd speech. 11 therein a running fountain, 12 therein uplifted couches 13 Goblets placed (ready), 14 And cushions set in rows, 15 And carpets spread out. 16 So do they not see the camel – how it has been created? 17 And the heaven, how it is raised? 18 and on the mountains, how they are firmly set up, 19 and on the earth, how it is spread out? 20 Remind them; you are surely a reminder. 21 You are not a warden over them, 22 But if any turn away and reject Allah,- 23 will be punished by God with the greatest punishment. 24 For to Us will be their return; 25 Then verily on Us is their reckoning. 26

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
