۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
