Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 Food of the sinner. 44 Like molten brass; it will boil in their insides. 45 Like the boiling of hot water. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble! 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 Thus shall it be: and We shall espouse them to fair, wide-eyed maidens. 54 They shall call therein for every fruit in security; 55 They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire 56 God will protect them from the torment of hell as a favor from your Lord. (Muhammad), this is certainly the greatest triumph. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
