(Muhammad), have you ever seen the one who has turned away (from guidance), 33 And gave a little, then stopped (giving)? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Or hath he not had news of what is in the books of Moses 36 And [of] Abraham, who fulfilled [his obligations] - 37 That no soul laden bears the load of another, 38 And that man hath only that for which he maketh effort, 39 And that his effort will be seen. 40 Then he will be recompensed with a full and the best recompense. 41 And that to your Lord is your returning; 42 And that it is He Who causeth to laugh and causeth to weep. 43 that it is He who causes death and gives life; 44 and that He Himself created the two kinds, male and female, 45 From seed when it is emitted. 46 and that [therefore] it is within His power to bring about a second life; 47 And that He it is Who enriches and gives to hold; 48 It is He who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that He destroyed the first [people of] 'Aad 50 and Thamud tribes, 51 And the people of Nuh (Noah) aforetime, verily, they were more unjust and more rebellious and transgressing [in disobeying Allah and His Messenger Nuh (Noah)]. 52 It is He who turned upside down the people of Lot 53 and then covered them from sight forever. 54 Then which of the gifts of thy Lord, (O man,) wilt thou dispute about? 55 This is a (Prophet) like that of the ancient warners (Prophets). 56 The imminent Hour has drawn near, 57 apart from God none can disclose it. 58 At this discourse then marvel ye? 59 And you laugh and do not weep 60 And you are lost in play! 61 Prostrate yourselves before God, and worship Him alone! ۩ 62
