Destiny (Al-Qadr)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Behold, We sent it down on the Night of Power; 1 Would that you knew what the Night of Destiny is! 2 The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. 3 Therein descend the angels and the Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] by Allah's Permission with all Decrees, 4 Peace it is, till the rising of dawn. 5
God the Almighty always says the truth.
