The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta, Seen, Meem. 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Observe they not the earth, how much We make to grow therein of every fruitful kind? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
