The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
