Wherefore admonish thou! thou art not, by the grace of thy Lord, a soothsayer or a madman. 29 Do they say, "He is only a poet and we are waiting to see him die!?" 30 Say thou: wait verily I am, with you, among the waiters. 31 is it their minds that prompt them [to say] this, or are they merely insolent people? 32 Or do they say: "He himself has composed this [message]"? Nay, but they are not willing to believe! 33 So let them bring a discourse like it, if they are truthful 34 [Or do they deny the existence of God?] Have they themselves been created without anything [that might have caused their creation]? or were they, perchance, their own creators? 35 Or have they created the heavens and the earth? In fact they are certain of nothing. 36 Or do they own the treasures of thy Lord? Or have they been given charge (thereof)? 37 Have they a stairway whereby they overhear? Then let their listener bring an authority manifest. 38 Or has He daughters, and they sons? 39 Or do you demand any wages from them so that they are burdened with expense? 40 Or that the Unseen in it their hands, and they write it down? 41 Or do they want to stage a deception? -- Then only those who do not believe will be the ones who will be tricked. 42 Or do they have a God besides Allah? Purity is to Allah from their ascribing of partners to Him. 43 Were they to see a piece of the sky falling (on them), they would (only) say: "Clouds gathered in heaps!" 44 So leave them till they encounter their Day in which they shall be thunderstruck. 45 A day on which their scheming will not benefit them at all, nor will they be helped. 46 But, verily, for those who are bent on doing evil, there is suffering in store [even] closer at hand than that [supreme suffering in the hereafter]: but most of them are not aware of it. 47 And be patient under the Judgement of your Lord, surely, you are before Our Eyes. And exalt with the praise of your Lord when you arise, 48 Extol His glory at night, and at the setting of the stars. 49
Almighty God's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
