The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the midmorning, 1 And by the Night when it is still,- 2 (O Prophet), your Lord has neither forsaken you, nor is He displeased. 3 The reward in the next life will certainly be better for you than worldly gains. 4 And soon will your Lord give you so that you shall be well pleased. 5 Did He not find you as an orphan and give you shelter? 6 And He found thee wandering, and He gave thee guidance. 7 Did He not find you poor and enrich you? 8 Therefore, be not harsh with the orphan; 9 and do not chide the one who asks for help; 10 And abundantly proclaim the favours of your Lord. 11
Almighty Allah's Truth.
