The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 for your Lord will have commanded her (to do so). 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
