Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And indeed We created towers in the skies, and beautified it for the beholders. 16 We have protected them from every condemned devil, 17 Except for he who steals the listening and is then pursued by a visible flame. 18 As for the earth, We have stretched it out and have cast on it firm mountains, and have caused to grow in it everything well-measured. 19 And We have provided sustenance for you on it and also for those of whom you are not the providers. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure. 21 We send fertilizing winds, and then cause rain to descend from the sky, providing you abundant water to drink even though you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 It is We who give life and cause things to die and We are the sole Heirs. 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 and it is thy Lord shall muster them, and He is All-wise, All-knowing. 25
