Mutual Blaming (Al-Taghaabun)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
All that is in the heavens and on the earth extols the glory of God. To Him belongs the Kingdom and to Him all praise is due. He has power over all things. 1 He it is Who created you, but one of you is an unbeliever and another of you is a believer; and Allah sees what you do. 2 He created the heavens and the earth with the truth, and He shaped you, and shaped you well; and unto Him is the homecoming. 3 He knows all that is in the heavens and the earth and all that you reveal or conceal. God knows best whatever the hearts contain. 4 Has there not come to you the tidings of those that disbelieved before, then tasted the mischief of their action, and there yet awaits them a painful chastisement? 5 That was because there came to them messengers with Clear Signs, but they said: "Shall (mere) human beings direct us?" So they rejected (the Message) and turned away. But Allah can do without (them): and Allah is free of all needs, worthy of all praise. 6 The unbelievers think that they will never be raised up. Say: 'By my Lord, yes indeed, you shall assuredly be raised up! Then you shall be told of all that you have done. That is easy for Allah' 7 Therefore believe in Allah and His Apostle and the Light which We have revealed; and Allah is Aware of what you do. 8 The day when He will gather you, on the Day of Collective Assembly – that is the day when the loss of the losers will be laid bare; and whoever believes in Allah and does good deeds, Allah will relieve him of his sins and admit him into Gardens beneath which rivers flow, for them to abide in it forever; this is the greatest success. 9 As for those who disbelieved and belied Our verses, they shall be the inhabitants of the Fire and shall live therein for ever. Evil shall be their arrival. 10
