The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 THESE ARE MESSAGES of the divine writ, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth! 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled. 4 Whenever there comes to them any fresh warning from the Merciful, they always turn their backs on it: 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 What, have they not regarded the earth, how many therein We have caused to grow of every generous kind? 7 Surely, in this there is a sign yet most of them do not believe. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
