We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 and guided them to the straight path; 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
