Al-Mujaadalah 3 of 3
۞ Do you not see those who took for friends a people whom Allah is wroth with? They neither belong to you nor you to them. They swear to a falsehood, and they do so knowingly. 14 God has prepared a severe torment for them. What an evil deed they have committed! 15 They have made their oaths a shield, and obstruct people from the way of God. There is shameful punishment for them. 16 Neither their wealth nor their children will be able to protect them against God. They will be the dwellers of hell fire wherein they will live forever. 17 The day when Allah will raise them all, they will swear in His presence the way they now swear in front of you, and they will assume that they have achieved something; pay heed! Indeed it is they who are the liars. 18 satan has mastered them and caused them to forget the Remembrance of Allah. Those are satan's party; and satan's party shall assuredly be the losers. 19 Lo! those who oppose Allah and His messenger, they will be among the lowest. 20 Allah hath decreed: Lo! I verily shall conquer, I and My messengers. Lo! Allah is Strong, Almighty. 21 You will not find those who believe in God and the Day of Resurrection, loving those who oppose God and His Prophet, even though they be their fathers, sons, or brothers or their kin. God has inscribed on their hearts belief, and has succoured them with His own grace, and will admit them to gardens with rivers flowing by, where they will abide for ever, God accepting them, and they, happy in the pleasure of God. They are verily the army of God. Will not the army of God be victorious? 22
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
