Surely the God-fearing shall have Gardens of bliss with their Lord. 34 Shall We then treat the People of Faith like the People of Sin? 35 What is [the matter] with you? How do you judge? 36 Or have you, perchance, a [special] divine writ which you study, 37 Surely therein you shall have whatever you choose! 38 Or have ye a covenant on oath from Us that reacheth to the Day of Judgment, that yours shall be all that ye ordain? 39 Ask them, which of them will guarantee that! 40 Or have they, perchance, any sages to support their views? Well, then, if they are sincere in this their claim, let them produce those supporters of theirs 41 Remember the Day whereon the shank shall be bared and they shall be called upon to Prostrate themselves, but they shall not be able. 42 Their eyes will be lowered and disgrace will cover them. They had certainly been told to prostrate themselves before God when they were safe and sound. 43 Then leave Me alone with such as reject this Message: by degrees shall We punish them from directions they perceive not. 44 And I do bear with them, surely My plan is firm. 45 (Muhammad), do you ask for your preaching any recompense which is too heavy a price for them to pay? 46 Or that the Unseen is in their hands, so that they can write it down? 47 Wait patiently for your Lord's judgement; do not be like the man who, having been swallowed by a whale, called out in distress. 48 Had the favor of his Lord not come upon him, he would have been blamed, cast upon the shore. 49 Thus did his Lord choose him and make him of the Company of the Righteous. 50 And those who disbelieve would almost smite you with their eyes when they hear the reminder, and they say: Most surely he is mad. 51 But it is not except a reminder to the worlds. 52
