The unbelievers have said, "Shall we and our fathers be brought out of the graves after we become dust? 67 We were told about this and so were our forefathers before us. But these are no more than fairy tales that have been recounted from ancient times." 68 “Proclaim, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Travel in the land and see what sort of fate befell the guilty.” 69 Do not grieve over them, nor feel distressed at their schemes. 70 And they say, "When is [the fulfillment of] this promise, if you should be truthful?" 71 Say: Maybe there may have drawn near to you somewhat of that which you seek to hasten on. 72 Indeed your Lord is Most Munificent upon mankind, but most men do not give thanks. 73 Surely thy Lord knows what their hearts conceal, and what they publish. 74 All the secrets in heavens and earth are recorded in the illustrious Book. 75 Indeed this Qur'an explains to the children of Israel much of what they are at variance. 76 certainly it is guidance and a blessing for the believers. 77 Verily, [O believer,] thy Sustainer will judge between them in His wisdom - for He alone is almighty, all-knowing. 78 Trust in God for you follow the manifest truth. 79 Surely you do not make the dead to hear, and you do not make the deaf to hear the call when they go back retreating. 80 just as thou canst not lead the blind [of heart] out of their error; none canst thou make hear save such as [are willing to] believe in Our messages, and thus surrender themselves unto Us. 81 ۞ And when the time for the fulfilment of Our Word against them will come, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth who will speak to them because people did not believe in Our Signs. 82
