Do you not see that We have sent devils upon the unbelievers who greatly incite them (to oppose the Truth)? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 On that Day none will have the power to intercede for them except those who received a sanction from the Most Compassionate Lord. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 because they have ascribed a son to the Merciful. 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He knows their number and has counted each one of them. 94 On the Day of Resurrection each one of these will come to Him singly. 95 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds – the Most Gracious will appoint love for them. (In the hearts of other believers.) 96 We have therefore made this Qur’an easy upon your tongue, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) for you to announce glad tidings with it to those who fear, and warn those who are quarrelsome. 97 How many generations We have destroyed before them! Can you find a single one of them alive now, or hear so much as a whisper from them? 98
