۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And that is indeed a tremendous oath, if you understand. 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 In a Book kept hidden 78 which none can touch except the purified. 79 (This Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Would you say that this statement is a lie? 81 and do you make it your living to cry lies? 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 And you at that time look on-- 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 why, if you are not at Our disposal, 86 can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 happiness [awaits him in the life to come,] and inner fulfillment, and a garden of bliss. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 And roasting at hell-fire. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
