The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 who created and shaped, 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 except what Allah wills, surely, He knows all that is (spoken) aloud and what is hidden. 7 and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 but the most wretched shall avoid it, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 And glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer. 15 Nay, but you prefer the present life; 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
