And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
