The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the Event (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) befalls. 1 Then none will be able to deny its occurrence. 2 (it will) abase (some) and exalt (others). 3 When the earth shall be shaken to its depths, 4 And the mountains will be crushed, blown to bits. 5 So that they become a scattered dust, 6 and you shall be three bands -- 7 Those on the Right -- how blessed are those on the Right! 8 And (as to) the companions of the left hand; how wretched are the companions of the left hand! 9 and the Outstrippers: the Outstrippers 10 (The foremost ones) will be the nearest ones to God 11 in the beautiful Paradise. 12 (a throng of the ancients 13 but [only] a few of later times. 14 On couches in wrought with gold. 15 Reclining on them, facing each other. 16 They will be served by immortal boys, 17 with goblets and ewers and a cup filled with a drink drawn from a running spring, 18 No after-ache will they receive therefrom, nor will they suffer intoxication: 19 And fruit that they prefer 20 and any flesh of fowl that they desire. 21 They will have maidens with large, lovely black and white eyes, 22 Like pearls safely hidden. 23 As recompense for all they had done. 24 No empty talk will they hear there, nor any call to sin, 25 Only a saying: "Peace, peace." 26 And those on the right hand; what of those on the right hand? 27 They will be in (the shade) of thornless lote 28 Bananatrees, piled 29 And spreading shade, 30 And water poured out 31 And fruit abundant. 32 Whose season is not limited, and their supply will not be cut off, 33 And raised couches. 34 We have created (their Companions) of special creation. 35 And have made them virgins. 36 Loving, of equal age. 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
