WHAT, THEN, is amiss with such as are bent on denying the truth, that they run about confusedly to and fro before thee, 36 towards thee on the right hand and on the left hand in knots? 37 Coveteth every man of them, that he shall enter the Garden of Delight? 38 Not so; for We have created them of what they know. 39 So I swear by the Lord of all [the three hundred and sixty (360)] points of sunrise and sunset in the east and the west that surely We are Able 40 Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan). 41 So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they encounter that Day of theirs which they have been promised!- 42 The day when they will come out of their graves in all haste as though rushing to their altars, 43 Their eyes humbled, humiliation will cover them. That is the Day which they had been promised. 44
