7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7
