ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 On that Day none will have the power to intercede for them except those who received a sanction from the Most Compassionate Lord. 87 As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
