And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 and We cradled the earth. And We are the Best of Cradlers. 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 Therefore, flee to Allah. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me. 56 I want no sustenance from them nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 for, verily, God Himself is the Provider of all sustenance, the Lord of all might, the Eternal! 58 And verily, they who are bent on doing evil shall have their share [of evil] like unto the share of their fellows [of old]: so let them not ask Me to hasten [their doom]! 59 Then, woe to those who disbelieve (in Allah and His Oneness Islamic Monotheism) from (that) their Day which they have been promised (for their punishment). 60
