Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 And removed from you your burden, 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 And raised high your fame? 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 And unto thine Lord, attend. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
