Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the crash? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11
