The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Woe to every (kind of) scandal-monger and-backbiter, 1 Who amasses wealth and considers it a provision (against mishap); 2 thinking that his wealth will make him live forever. 3 Nay, but verily he will be flung to the Consuming One. 4 and what shall teach thee what is the Crusher; 5 It is the fire kindled by Allah, 6 which will rise over the [guilty] hearts: 7 Verily, it shall be closed in on them, 8 in endless columns! 9

God the Almighty always says the truth.
