The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 Because your Lord has inspired it. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
