The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
