Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

So I swear by whatsoever you see, 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings, 44 We would certainly have seized him by the right hand, 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 Indeed, it is a sorrow to the unbelievers 50 And He, He is indeed the ultimate Reality. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
