The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 dividing the gathering. 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 And lo! he is a witness unto that; 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
