We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof). 47 And We made the earth a base, so how well do We lay out! 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 Flee, therefore, to Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him; 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance! 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 But go on reminding them, as reminding benefits the believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 The evildoers shall have for their portion, a portion like their companions (who were destroyed before them). Therefore, they should not ask Us to hasten! 59 For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised 60
