The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 who determined and guided, 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 Who shall enter the great fire; 12 in which he will neither die nor live therein. 13 Lasting happiness will be for those who purify themselves, 14 And recites the name of his Lord and serves with devotion. 15 But rather you prefer the life of this world! 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 the scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
