The pious will live in gardens with streams 45 'Enter you them, in peace and security!' 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 There no sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave. 48 ۞ Declare thou unto My bondmen: verily I! I am the Forgiver, the Merciful. 49 And that My Penalty will be indeed the most grievous Penalty. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son endowed with wisdom." 53 Abraham asked, "Are you giving me the glad news of a son in my old age? What reason can you give for such glad news?" 54 They said: "The good tiding we give you is of truth. Do not, therefore, be of those who despair." 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 He added: "What is your errand O sent ones?" 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all 59 Except his wife, of whom We had decreed that she should be of those who stay behind. 60
