۞ I swear by the setting of the stars 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 And you at that time look on-- 84 and We are nearer to him than you, although you cannot see Us -- 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 And if he is one of the rejecters, the erring ones, 92 he will be welcomed with boiling water. 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
