The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 To happiness [in the life to come] will indeed attain he who attains to purity [in this world,] 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Most surely this is in the earlier scriptures, 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
Almighty God's Truth.
