Lo! We verily do help Our messengers, and those who believe, in the life of the world and on the day when the witnesses arise, 51 upon the day when their excuses shall not profit the evildoers, and theirs shall be the curse, and theirs the evil abode. 52 We gave Moses Our guidance, and made the Children of Israel the inheritors of the Book -- 53 which was a guidance and good counsel to people endowed with understanding and wisdom. 54 (Muhammad), exercise patience. The promise of God is true. Seek forgiveness for your sins and glorify your Lord with His praise in the evenings and in the early mornings. 55 Verily those who dispute regarding the Signs of Allah without any evidence that might have come to them, nothing but vain pride fills their hearts. Yet they shall never be able to satisfy the pride with which they are puffed up. So seek refuge with Allah. Verily He is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. 56 The creation of the heavens and the earth is indeed of greater magnitude than the creation of mankind; but most men do not understand. 57 But [then,] the blind and the seeing are not equal; and neither [can] they who have attained to faith and do good works and the doers of evil [be deemed equal]. How seldom do you keep this in mind! 58 Verily the Hour is coming: there is no doubt thereof; yet most of mankind believe not. 59 And your Lord proclaimed, “Pray to Me, I will accept; indeed those who stay conceited towards worshipping Me, will enter hell in disgrace." 60
