The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
