We sent Moses to the Pharaoh and his nobles with Our miracles and a clear authority. 96 To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they followed the command of Pharaoh, and the command of Pharaoh was not [at all] discerning. 97 He shall lead his people on the resurrection day, and bring them down to the fire; and evil the place to which they are brought. 98 They are condemned in this world and in the life to come. Evil is the gift and the recipient! 99 That, which We have related to you, is the news of the villages; some of them still stand, whereas others are stubble. 100 It was not We that wronged them: They wronged their own souls: the deities, other than Allah, whom they invoked, profited them no whit when there issued the decree of thy Lord: Nor did they add aught (to their lot) but perdition! 101 Even thus is the grasp of thy Lord when He graspeth the townships while they are doing wrong. Lo! His grasp is painful, very strong. 102 In that is a Sign for those who fear the penalty of the Hereafter: that is a Day for which mankind will be gathered together: that will be a Day of Testimony. 103 Nor shall We delay it but for a term appointed. 104 On the Day of Judgment no one will speak without the permission of God. Some will be condemned and others blessed. 105 As for the wretched, they shall be in the Fire, and in it they shall sigh and groan. 106 Abiding therein so long as the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord please; surely your Lord is the mighty doer of what He intends. 107 ۞ And those who are blessed, they will be in Paradise, abiding therein for all the time that the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord will, a gift without an end. 108 So do not be in doubt, [O Muhammad], as to what these [polytheists] are worshipping. They worship not except as their fathers worshipped before. And indeed, We will give them their share undiminished. 109
