Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ When the heaven splits open. 1 the stars are dispersed, 2 When the oceans begin to flow, 3 and when the graves are laid open: 4 (Then) a person will know what he has sent forward and (what he has) left behind (of good or bad deeds). 5 O MAN! What is it that lures thee away from thy bountiful Sustainer, 6 Him Who created thee. Fashioned thee in due proportion, and gave thee a just bias; 7 In whatever Form He wills, does He put thee together. 8 Even then you deny the Judgement. 9 Surely there are guardians over you, 10 Honourablel scribes. 11 Knowing all what you may do. 12 Verily the pious shall be in Delight. 13 whereas, behold, the wicked will indeed be in a blazing fire 14 which they shall enter on the Day of Judgement, 15 And thence they shall not be allowed to be absent. 16 What do you know what the Day of Recompense is? 17 Again, what shall teach thee what is the Day of Doom? 18 It is the Day when no soul can do a thing for another soul. That Day, the command belongs to Allah. 19
