On the Day that the enemies of Allah will be gathered together to the Fire, they will be marched in ranks. 19 Until when they come to it, their ears and their sights and their skins will bear witness against them of that which they had been working. 20 They will ask their own skin, "Why did you testify against us?" They will reply, "God, who has made everything speak, made us also speak. It was He Who created you in the first place and to Him you have returned. 21 You did not hide your (doings) so that your ears or eyes or persons should not testify against you. In fact you thought that God did not know the things you used to do. 22 Rather, it is the thoughts you thought about your Lord that have destroyed you, therefore, this morning you find yourselves among the losers' 23 Even if they are patient, the Fire will still be their homes. And if they pray to be allowed to make amends, they will not be allowed to do so. 24 ۞ And We have assigned unto them some companions who made fairseeming unto them that which was before them and that which was behind them, and justified upon them was the word pronounced on the communities of the jinn and mankind who passed away before them; verily they were the losers. 25
