Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 and preferred the present life, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
