Messengers! Eat of that which is good and do good deeds; I have knowledge of the things you do. 51 Your nation is but one nation, and I am your Lord, therefore fear Me. 52 But they (mankind) have broken their religion among them into sects, each group rejoicing in its tenets. 53 But leave them in their confused ignorance for a time. 54 Do they think that in giving them wealth and children 55 We vie in good works for them? Nay, but they are not aware. 56 Verily, [only] they who stand in reverent awe of their Sustainer, 57 and believe in His messages 58 and do not ascribe partners to Him; 59 and those who give what they give, their hearts quaking that they are returning to their Lord -- 60 These race for the good things, and they shall win them in the race. 61 We do not lay a burden on anyone beyond his capacity. We have a Book with Us that speaks the truth (about everyone); and they shall in no wise be wronged. 62 But their hearts are in ignorance of this (Koran); and they have deeds besides that which they are doing. 63 Until, when We grasp those of them who lead a luxurious life with punishment, behold! They make humble invocation with a loud voice. 64 (We shall say): 'Do not groan today, surely you shall receive no help from Us' 65 “My verses were recited to you, so you used to turn back on your heels.” 66 "In arrogance: talking nonsense about the (Qur'an), like one telling fables by night." 67 Pondered they not over the Word? or came there unto them that which came not unto their fathers ancient? 68 Or do they not recognize their Messenger, and so deny him? 69 Or, say they: in him is madness? O Aye he brought them the truth, and most of them to the truth are averse. 70 Had the truth followed their caprices, the heavens and the earth and whosoever in them is had surely corrupted. Nay, We brought them their Remembrance, but from their Remembrance they turned. 71 Or is it that you ask them a recompense? But the recompense of your Lord is best, and He is the best of those who provide sustenance. 72 But verily thou callest them to the Straight Way; 73 But those who do not believe in the Hereafter have indeed deviated from that path. 74 ۞ Did We have mercy on them, and remove the affliction that is upon them, they would persist in their insolence wandering blindly. 75 And assuredly We took hold of them with the torment, yet they humbled not themselves to their Lord, nor did they entreat. 76 until, when We open against them a door of terrible chastisement, lo, they are sore confounded at it. 77

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
